Everything is operational and functioning perfectly

A bug in the blowoff redirect was causing infinite redirects, there was a bug in one of the migration scripts and I added cool screenshots to the readme

This is the real deal now.

Since user agent lookup is non critical, I moved it to a console command to be run asynchronously in the background.

I also created an apache2 access log importer to kickstart the database.

Welp, this one should be much better

Better instructions and more graceful failure if no map key defined

Good enough for the chicks that'll date me

This has been tested in the frontend of an advance installation and a basic installation.
