To build (replacing the path with the path to a built copy of BOUT++):

$ cmake . -B build -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/path/to/built/BOUT++
$ cmake --build build

To run:

$ cd build
$ ./anisotropic-temperature

To visualise the results

$ ./animate-results
