v1.0 - first non-beta release

Functionality has been stable for a while, with minimal problems.

• added code to work with non-default windows My Documents directories
• added command-line options to:
  • specify a non-default config file (actually, this already existed, but was undocumented)
  • specify a non-default output directory
  • specify a name for the ouput module
• updated README to include advanced usage documentation
• added a RELEASES file
