install and compile realsense

1. SDK, support arm64 ubuntu on jetson, windows, intel chip ubuntu. Unsuccessfull on m1 chip. Read this to install sdk on Ubuntu.
2. Python package: pyrealsense2, support arm64 ubuntu on jetson, windows, intel chip ubuntu. Unsuccessfull on m1 chip. Read this to compile pyrealsense2 package. \ And this video\ For only compiled for python2 instead of python3 problem.
3. m1 Mac works with:
