Hi there is it possible to work with releases to get the option to downgrade if there are some issues.

Are you running it via Unraid? From inside the container it is not possible to downgrade. But via Unraid it might be. I need to check that.

You should have to add release versions, like latest and 2025-01 for the previous version, as an example, to your Docker image tags
