This is first PR for wgpu-in-app to support openharmony. But there are some crashs or things need to solve:

  1. water will crash when use gles to render.
  2. winit adaption code need to be merged.

You can run it locally and report some fallbacks.

Water: Seems likeTextureUses is TextureUses(RESOURCE | DEPTH_STENCIL_WRITE) and invalid_resource_state failed.
