generate authority domain and rest layers

Remove custom authority implementation and generate like normal entities.

• fixes to non auto generated ids.
• add @AdminEntity, @EntityAuthority and @EntityReadAuhtority
• add @EntitySpringPreAuthorize and @EntitySpringReadPreAuthorize
