✨ Glimmerize ✨

The primary goal of this release is to Glimmerize the <ChartistChart component. This, unfortunately, meant a few breaking changes.

It's strongly recommended that you no longer subclass the component, but rather bind all appropriate data and functions to it. Should you find this doesn't cover your needs, please feel free to open an issue and we'll work on resolving it as quickly as possible.
