This is
DONE from my end,
BUT I await @zishan commenting on this issue to confirm his write access.
SO, I cannot yet close this issue.

I have assigned this issue to Zishan.

I am meanwhile refactoring my flask app to use redis instead of postgres,
which will:

• Reduce the size of the code base considerably.
• Gives me access to the internal Lua interpreter INSIDE of redis. Lua ROCKS.

• Allows me to focus more on jenkins and aws, instead of just flask/pgsql.
• Hopefully give me and Zishan better:
• velocity
• ability to collaborate

So, to be explicit, #19 is the next issue upon which I am working.
Fortunately the workflow recipe model and patterns are not that complex.
