Summary

As per https://github.com/jenkins-infra/terraform-aws-sponsorship/blob/47a0758f6f414fa12a2e8be54bd66e921f8a942a/eks-cijenkinsio-agents-2.tf#L176 and https://github.com/jenkins-infra/terraform-aws-sponsorship/blob/47a0758f6f414fa12a2e8be54bd66e921f8a942a/eks-cijenkinsio-agents-2.tf#L196C9-L196C46

We need to track the aws cijenkinsio_agents_2_autoscaler_irsa_role and aws cijenkinsio_agents_2_ebscsi_irsa_role module versions.

We will use the terraform registry as the source to track the Terraform AWS IAM module version

• Bump version of the AWS Terraform module "cijenkinsio_agents_2_autoscaler_irsa_role" and "cijenkinsio_agents_2_ebscsi_irsa_role" to 5.52.2 terraform-aws-sponsorship#81 merged with success
• cleanup: remove unwanted comments and moved blocks terraform-aws-sponsorship#82 cleaned up the TODO for the IRSA modules
