feat: initial support of trivy 0.45.1 from edge/testing repository

This PR add an initial support of the trivy CLI, version 0.45.1 from the Alpine Linux native package repository.

⚠️ Important notes:

• This tool is still in the edge/testing repository of Alpine Linux: https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages?name=trivy&branch=edge&repo=&arch=&maintainer=
• No version tracking: we want to move terraform usages to jenkins-infra/packer-image where trivy will be installed (Ubuntu 22.04)

Damn, the support of trivy on Alpine seems "weird" . I wonder if we should not switch to packer images instead
