Harmonizing JEMBI and FGH code

In the past JEMBI has handed over the epts-reporting module code to FGH.
There were some bugs in the code related and both teams needed to fix them, we ended up updating all the indicators we had.
The update consisted on both teams writing the code from each side and compare the results.
The changes affected the following indicators:
