Unveiling Protein Structure: A Convolutional Neural Network Approach to Secondary Structure Prediction

This bioinformatics project delves into the realm of protein structure prediction using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). Proteins are the building blocks of life, and understanding their structure is crucial for unraveling their function and behavior in biological processes.

Secondary Structure Prediction:

This project focuses specifically on predicting the secondary structure of proteins. Secondary structure refers to the local folding patterns of a protein chain, which influences its overall 3D form.
