ofxBlackmagic is an openframeworks extension wrapping the native
Blackmagic Designs Decklink API. It can be used to do real-time HDV
capture with a Blackmagic Intensity Pro card. It has not been tested
with any of the other Blackmagic Designs cards, but it should work
fine.

ofxBlackmagic is mostly API compatible with ofVideoGrabber, but it has
slightly different initialization semantics. See the example code.

This wrapper doesn't support much of the Decklink API. It only does
video capture (no audio). There is built-in support for YUV422 to RGB
24, and YUV422 to grayscale conversion.

This build is currently Windows specific. Porting to other platforms
shouldn't be too hard, but I don't have a pressing need for it. It
would involve:

    - switching from the Decklink COM API to the equivalent C API
(mostly a cut and paste job)

    - replacing the atomic operations in DLFrameQueue.cpp with
equivalent ops on your target platform - if you have a compiler
that supports c++0x, then this should be easy to do portably.

This extension has external binary dependencies on:
    OpenCv (included in openframeworks)
Boost Threads (recommend installing Boost Pro - http://www.boostpro.com/download/)

This extension has external header file dependencies on:
Boost Shared Pointer (recommend installing Boost Pro - http://www.boostpro.com/download/)

When installing Boost Pro, make sure to include the multi-threaded DLL
and multi-threaded debug DLL installs.
