This commit adds a 'work' directory with the gradle resources files required to execute the VO-DML Toolkit tasks.
This toolkit effectively replaces the ant-based system previously used from the Volute space.
Also updates the Transform UML (xmi) file to update the URLs to imported models.
This change allows the generated vo-dml/xml file to validate.
