This module provides the following features:

• create candidacy contests (with a name, start and end)
• create candidates (with name)
• automatic generation of a candidate name
• contests create a directory in a remote drive instalation
• candidates create a directory in a remote drive instalation
• candidates have a link to upload files
• jury members have a link to view contests
