Windows Pro Support?

Is Windows Pro a supported platform? I'm having trouble moving from Windows Enterprise to Windows Pro. Simply doing python -c "import open3d" gives me

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing pybind: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Apparently the Windows Media Platform is present in Enterprise but not in Pro - might this be a factor?

I'm using open3d 0.14.1, conda 4.12.0, Python 3.9.13, Windows 10 Pro 20H2.

No problem on Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 with open3d 0.14.1.
