This is a basic barebones ASP.NET mvc project with min c# code.
It is a project where you can create 'services' on a map with attributes such as 'ServiceId, Lat, Long and Duration (service time ).
Once you plot in your browser the various services with pins ( right click on a map to create a pin ) you can then export that json in the browser to a file and load that file to do various experiments with optaplanner or jsprit.
You can then input that json back into the browser, and the map will load that json and recreate your pins or services. You can also drag the pins to update their lat/long.
