I experience the problems with npm i because of the peer dependencies of @typescript-eslint/parser
This fix resolve the dependencies in the right way.

hm ^8.4.0 was already allowing for 8.5.0 so I don't get the fix^^

Do you maybe have the error message? I think whereever feasible we should specify with a lower bound like >=XXX, like it was done for eslint previously.

Ok. I updated to 8.7.0
