Celery Tasks to purge Trash for PNs #372

Currently we never delete PNs from Trash. We should create a Celery task which deletes all PNs in Trash older 90 days.

Sent and Inbox can be deleted after 180 days.

@encbladexp can you remember the reason by chance?

I only remember that the idea somehow existed. Storage space usage is not really an issue nowadays IMO…

Maybe to avoid that we have by accident/mistake/user error personal information stored? Like when a User got a mobile phone number from another user, and we want to avoid leaking this during a breach?

We could only loose data we have. Besides that, this Ticket is from 2015 :D
