docs(app-check): update doc accordingly to new AppDelegate.swift in rn 0.79

Description

As the AppDelegate.swift file has been updated in [email protected], the documentation needs to be updated accordingly ! Since it doesn't change that much I thought I could do it, here is the PR :)

This change have been tested in dev && prod but I didn't make any jest / e2e test yet
