Increase timeout for prompt after startup

A very minor change: Wait up to 300 ms instead of only 100 ms for a prompt from the CLI. This avoids a rare race condition especially after the startup of the device

container applet added

This release contains an additional applet called "container". It allows to start, stop or restart containers from within a container.
For this to work it is necessary, that the container with the tool has the read/write privileges for unauthenticated access to the CLI.
