Yes, I'd expect this to be part of the Angular "dependency group"...

I don't think we've added angular 19 group to renovate.json packageRules and is probably not needed either.

Just close this PR and no more PR's will be proposed to upgrade to this major version 19 update.
In the dashboard issue this will be marked too and a PR can be requested if we're ready to pick up the upgrade.
