Summary
This branch has served as a working and debugging branch to get the UDAP tests working against the UdapEd reference implementation (FHIR server URL: https://identity-matching.fast.hl7.org/fhir). All tests are now passing and I created this PR to highlight the diffs I added so they can be easily accounted for by the individual tickets we have for the various issues I resolved on the branch.
Testing Guidance
The preset included here uses custom certs and associated private key downloaded from the UdapEd tool: https://udaped.fhirlabs.net/
We have not yet received permission from the UdapEd tool creator to formally release the certs with our test kit, so they are living on this branch for now.
When running tests, select the UdapEd SureFhir Preset from the dropdown menu and all tests should pass.
