Adds Hummingbird Station to the game files for playtesting. Map made by me!
From what I understand, this PR shouldn't add it to the map rotation since I did not add it to /Resources/Prototypes/Maps/Pools/default.yml, but if that isn't the case, please make sure that it is not included in the default rotation. I would love to see it added to the rotation if people like it, but I would like to get one or two rounds of admin-initiated playtests in to get feedback from people and have them help find any issues that I missed.
