Code used by the IHME Simulation Science reasearch team for the US Census entity resolution/probabilistic record linkage project.
Once you have cloned the repository and activated a conda environment, you can run
pip install -e .
from within the root directory vivarium_research_prl in order to get an editable pip installation for local development.
