This PR adds text to our Open vs. Closed Vivarium Cohorts page. Here I explain what we mean by 'cohort analysis' in the context of microsimulation, what the differences between open and closed Vivarium cohorts are, and start writing out a section on how results are interpreted differently between the two types of Vivarium cohort analysis.

I also added 2 outlying to-dos for this page:

  1. We need to figure out how this page will be framed/organized within a greater 'Designing Your Demography' section (as we discussed in the previous doc session).
  2. We need to elaborate more on how results interpretation is different between the two types of Vivarium cohort analysis.
