Added bias covariate selection functionality to categorical pipeline [requires update to mrtool]
Set a default plotting order in case a cat_order is not specified in the settings: sets ref_cat to be on the left (first category) (if no ref_cat specified, defaults to category with most observations) then plots remaining categories in order of relative proximity to the ref_cat coefficient.
