This is a windows app which will give you notifications when you set up triggers based on different relations that you provide. A sample file is provided as MainFile.py.

- Since this program uses threads, you'll probably have to kill the original running process and re-run with new triggers, if triggers are added. If trigger is removed, then no problem either

I couldn't be more excited to do this. This is an amazing thing which I was able to implement in a decent amount of time, I suppose. There is a lack of style sheets, so please excuse me for that, but they carry out the rest of the functions quite the same way.
- You can search for any of the stocks by typing it's name followed by a click on the
Search!
button!
- After this go to either
COPY SELECTED TO CLIPBOARD
to copy the item you've chosen in the dropdown or you could see a more descriptive list on pressing theSEARCH DATA TABLE BUTTON
- You can add any trigger you want by adding the stock symbol after copying it to clipboard using the Search GUI. Use any of the relations add the value of the trigger you're setting and add any name you want. You could also set up a deactivate on trigger after it has triggered. And then press the
Add Trigger
button.
- For deleting a trigger, just type the name of the trigger you wish to delete and click the
Delete Trigger
button
- On Clicking the
List All Triggers
button you'll get a table like so that will show you all the triggers you've created so far.
I'll be introducing you to setting this up via Task Scheduler. This is so far exclusively for Windows.
- So, the basic idea is to create a Task using Create Basic Task in the Task Scheduler.
- Give it whatever name you wish, something like

, other options are deprecated, so ignore them. - Then it'll ask you to set a program/script, now go to your directory for Python (this will be in

Here, you can get back the results for whichever stock you want to search, just edit the name of the company which you want to search. It will return a list of 25 top-most searches in the object.results
. If you want to get a more comprehensive idea, you can check out object.resultsDataFrame
where it returns a Pandas DataFrame about these 25 results. You can get the top most search string which you can then put in to the Trigger()
, by getTopSearch()
