Rds-on for 3.3V control: 21 mOhm

Thermal resistance: 125ºC/W

Maximum current components will consume:

  • IR Matrix: 140mA -> Maximum environment temp: 116ºC
  • Sonars: 60mA -> Maximum environment temp: 131ºC
  • Display: 480uA -> Maximum environment temp: 135ºC
