This PR renames the files in the src/timer directory to Pascal Case and updates the import statements in src/timer/index.ts accordingly. This ensures consistency and clarity in the codebase.

Summary of Changes

• Renamed src/timer/backboard.ts to src/timer/Backboard.ts
• Renamed src/timer/dial.ts to src/timer/Dial.ts
• Renamed src/timer/numbers.ts to src/timer/Numbers.ts
• Updated import statements in src/timer/index.ts to reflect the new filenames in Pascal Case
