Fix file names and import statements in src/timer directory

Description

This PR fixes the file names in the src/timer directory to follow Pascal Case convention, except for index.ts. It also corrects the import statements in src/timer/index.ts to import the renamed files.

Summary of Changes

• Renamed src/timer/backboard.ts to src/timer/Backboard.ts
• Renamed src/timer/dial.ts to src/timer/Dial.ts
• Renamed src/timer/numbers.ts to src/timer/Numbers.ts
• Modified src/timer/index.ts to fix the import statements for BackBoard, Dial, and Numbers
