Rename src/timer/backboard.ts to Pascal Case

Description

This PR renames the file src/timer/backboard.ts to src/timer/BackBoard.ts to follow the Pascal Case naming convention. It also updates the import statement in src/components/TimerCanvas.tsx to reflect the new file name.

Summary of Changes

• Renamed the file src/timer/backboard.ts to src/timer/BackBoard.ts
• Updated the import statement in src/components/TimerCanvas.tsx to import { Timer } from '../timer/BackBoard';
