  • Rename fields so they can be called differently to the UI file
  • Nesting: allow fields that implement From<gtk::Builder> and recurse on them

I've implemented the renaming part in #4 as it really annoyed me (and it was fairly easy to implement thanks to the similarity to the signals macro). However, I do not have the skills to implement the nesting feature.
