Testing out build->release functionality of STIG/github.

Current Releases Tested on:
OS-X Catalina 10.15.6 (STIG-darwin-x64-1.0.0.zip)
Ubuntu 20.04 (stig_1.0.0_amd64.deb)
Windows 10 (STIG-1.0.0.Setup.exe)

Some known issues with build which need updated before production level releases.

To avoid some unhandled exceptions, ensure orientdb is running on the target system and you configure your database connetion inside of STIG (edit -> configure).
