WordPress 4.3.1 w/ IBM Object Storage

In wp-bluemix-objectstorage version v2.0, compatibility was added for the updated beta of IBM Object Storage, which uses OpenStack Identity API v3 (project keystone). This means that the plugin should now work for any other OpenStack Object Storage service and not just IBM's.
