#1536 BMI calculator Bug fix and ui enhancement

Hey this is the changes I have done for this website -

The following improvements have been made to the BMI page:

1. Bug Fix: Corrected an issue with BMI calculation for accurate results.
2. Unit Conversion: Added unit options to facilitate easy conversion between weight and height for BMI calculation.
3. BMI Tips: Provided personalized tips and advice based on the calculated BMI value.

5. Animations: Added animations to make the page more interactive and visually appealing.
6. Responsive Design: Made the page responsive, ensuring it works seamlessly across various device sizes.
