A visual footer

• Replaces text links for SVG logos
• Adds two new links to the footer
  • Newsletter
  • Bluesky
  • From Update footer to include a link to Bluesky #428 & Update footer to include newsletter link #400

Some logos will wrap to a second line on smaller screens. The number of items pushed to a second line varies based on screen width as seen below.

Further context for anyone reading this:

• We decided to remove the icons for the newsletter and the handbook as they were not universally recognizable
• Both newsletter and handbook links are now on a separate line as text
• We have removed the link to X/Twitter from the footer
