Initialization of course translation into Russian.

1. Creating a folder to store the Russian translation
2. Translation of the table of contents (_toctree.yml).
3. Full translation of Unit 0, Unit 1, Bonus Unit 1.
4. Minor bug fix in Unit 0.

This is a repeat PR, replacing the previously closed PR #143 due to a mistake. As part of the work on issue #136

I wanted to translate notebooks, but in their directory structure it is not clear how to create a subdirectory for a particular language...

Hey @artyomboyko

The questions are in a private dataset that is referenced via an environment variable.

You would need to translate the space and dataset, then change the environment variable in your translated space.

If you share with me your hub username, I can share with you a version of the dataset to translate.
