Description
This PR is tentative and just for exploring whether it makes sense to include Ray (and the required extra dependencies to make it work) as a core dependency of the Hugging Face PyTorch DLC for Inference / Training.
The size is about ~700Mb more for the PyTorch DLC for Inference and ~400MB more for the PyTorch DLC for Training, compared to their base existing DLC counterparts.
cc @inardini for visibility and @philschmid to get your opinion on whether it should be a core dependency of the DLC or kept separate
