Fix multiple bugs and update to 1.17.1

This releases is a long awaited (I was in vacation/summer) and fix a tons of bugs, notably:

• New screen to start a seed when none loaded
• Performance issues on linux
• weird bug with non utf8 language
• Dialog before closing some tabs
• Icons being loaded weirdly
