Release for milestone v2.4

Features

  • List of states now hows days since an incident reported for the respective state
  • Incident item now shows map view when tapped on the item

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where more info screen was not fully scrollable on some devices

Housekeeping

  • Added unit test code coverage using codecov.io
