  • Bump dependencies (including formatter).
  • Only check into main server every 30m.
  • Only run KailleraServer.run() every minute (we will need to make sure this is not the only method of enforcing bans etc.)
  • Fix lagstat for higher than 1f users.
  • Adjust lag thresholds

Importantly this uses Kotlin V2 with the K2 compiler.
