As this API calls against a rate limited API, it can be interesting to gather the information, how many calls have been sent, at which times and what errors we might have gotten.
This can especially be helpful with the download diagnose feature from home assistant, where a lot of users struggle configuring the rate limits correctly when they are using multiple connections.
Therefore, it is disabled by default (to ensure backwards parity) but is planned to be enabled by default in the home assistant integration.
