Minor fixes and improvements mainly for SAM Coupe support

I think it's time for a new release as I haven't had any reports of issues with the latest beta.

Do you have any thoughts on the other two small pull requests that are open?

Any reason for me not to merge them as well?

They both have some anomalies that I'd like to look into first so don't include in this release:
The TI-99/4A for the TMS-RGB will not work properly as the analog RGB thresholds aren't set up. It will likely produce an approximate result but not accurate colours. I now have one of the TMS-RGB boards so I will look into this further when I can find the time to fit it to my TI-99/4A.

The ABC80 also looks problematic. The pixel clock is set to 12Mhz but the schematic indicates 11.9808Mhz:

Also the palette is set to the TEA1002 which is not really the correct palette for a mono machine
It will probably work due to the clock tolerance setting but should be corrected for reliable operation.
(There is also an ABC800 with 12Mhz pixel clock and RGB)
