  1. Added Exaltation, Lightbringer and Bonfire 

    Added my ports of Exaltation, Lightbringer and Bonfire mods from the previous 1.4 patch to 1.5 as well as the updates I made, especially to the former two. Lightbringer includes Child of Light since 3.0.0 making my port of it obsolete.
