  1. Add config for Lenovo ThinkPad L14 AMD Gen 1 

    (by the way, BIOS version 1.27 and later always limit the max die temp to about 70°C, which is approx 16w TDP. To get full speed of the CPU again, downgrade BIOS to 1.26)
