This repository includes code used to assess ecological outcomes of tortoise introduction on Santa Fe Island, Galapagos, Ecuador.
All code, annotations, and analytic outputs can be found in the accompanying html file in this repository. Original data have been omitted from this repository to hide sensitive spatial information about endangered species.
All analyses were performed in R version 4.0.3 (2020-10-10).
