Digitization of Old Hanzi Text

Introduction

When digitizing old Hanzi texts, the modern standard form of such characters may be different. Some characters used may be similar in shape to simplified ideographs of completely unrelated characters.

To avoid mixing up of semantics, the modern standard form should be used. The glyph form may be further preserved via IVD.
