Initial macOS backend to replace GLFW. Still heavily experimental, no input, etc. but it renders a triangle at least. Special thanks to mjbshaw for contributing a bulk of this through various PRs.

Next up will be to alter/refactor the mach.Core API in some pretty substantial ways.
